Meet Michele

Michele is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and certified Running Coach. She is able to utilize her skills from each of these areas to develop an individualized plan to help you reach your goals.

Growing up in Goffstown, NH, Michele had successful careers in both soccer and track while simultaneously participating in competitive club soccer at Seacoast United Soccer Club. She has since been inducted into the Goffstown High School Hall of Fame for her accomplishments. After high school, she went on to become a Division I NCAA student-athlete at Siena College in Loudonville, NY. At Siena, she earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Health Studies and was a member of the Siena Women’s Soccer team for each of her 4 years. In 2015, her team won a MAAC championship, in 2016 & 2017 she was elected First Team All-Conference and was also named Team Captain in 2017.

After graduating, Michele attended the Franklin Pierce University Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. She graduated in 2021 and was inducted into the National PT Student Honor Society for her academic performance. It was during this time that Michele began to translate her competitive nature into long distance running. She has since competed in many road races ranging from the 5K to full marathon distance. In May 2024 she qualified for the Boston Marathon with a time of 3:27:25.

During her initial 3 years as a Physical Therapist, she worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting, where her passion and specialty for working with athletes took off. Michele founded Front Runner Performance as an out-of network practice to help athletes get healthy, get stronger, get faster and to CRUSH THEIR GOALS!
