“I worked with Michele for just shy of a year after I hobbled in one day post - ski injury where I broke my leg, tore my ACL, MCL and meniscus. She was a PRO. Both with recommended activities for each session, always adjusting to new pains and/or my increasing strength AND with knowing when to push and inspire me and knowing when to really listen to what was going on inside my body and my head. She even knew when to “call it quits” telling me one day, “I don’t think you need these sessions / me anymore.” She was right. "I came to Michele for dry needling after 2 years of knee pain that I couldn't get past. I tried traditional physical therapy, soft wave therapy and chiropractor treatments with minimal progress. After going through just a couple dry needling appointments with Michele, I could already feel improvement and after two months the pain was virtually gone. I was even able to run my first ever 10k with no pain during or after. It has been such a success, I've even begun getting treatment on my elbow and am already seeing improvement there as well.
